When you order something online, you probably don’t think much about the box it arrives in. Honestly, we didn’t either, at least, not at first.
When Drip Theory was just getting started, our focus was on the products. We were thinking about fabric, durability, fit, colors. Packaging was item number 47 on a to-do list that kept getting longer.
Our goal was simple, but somehow, choosing a box became its own project. Before this brand existed, there was a trip. Travel has a funny way of slowing you down. During our trip in Africa, we just noticed how slow everything seemed. People talked without checking their phones every few minutes. Meals were shared, and days didn’t feel like a race. That kind of simplicity sticks with you.
We didn’t talk about it right away. It just became one of those mental bookmarks you don’t realize you’re saving.
We wanted something calm for our packaging. So we went with:
- clean layout
- a simple logo
- soft texture
If you reuse it for storage, photos, receipts, or random things you don’t want to lose, that makes us happy. Because the best things are the ones that stay useful.
