Once your order is shipped, we’ll send your tracking details via email or SMS.

Returns & Exchange

Yes, we accept exchanges only if the item you received does not match your order (wrong color, wrong size, or wrong item shipped).

  1. Email us at support@driptheoryph.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the item received.
  3. We’ll guide you step-by-step and arrange the exchange.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Sizing & Fit

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. If you’re unsure between sizes, we recommend going one size up for comfort.

Care & Maintenance

For Activewear:

  • Hand wash or gentle cycle
  • Use mild detergent
  • Air dry only (no dryer to maintain padding shape)
  • Do not bleach

For Tumblers / Hydration Bottles

  • Hand wash only
  • Avoid dishwasher and microwave
  • Dry completely before storing
